Can't wait for Halloween this year. Austin and Ryan are both dressing up and it is going to be GREAT! I know this wasn't much of an update, but I tried. :-)

Happy Birthday, Austin!
I can't believe it has been so long since I posted. In my defense, my Picasa web album filled up and it is more difficult to import pictures from elsewhere. That is my excuse and I'm sticking with it.
I could go on and on as to what we've been up, but the most important thing about this blog is to celebrate Austin's birthday! That is right, birthday number 2!!!! My little baby is officially a toddler, on his way to be a big boy. I love to see him do all the new things he is learning. Even his temper is adorable at times.
Sunday we had friends and family gather for a birthday party. We went to the BounceU in Gilbert for some bouncing time. Most of the adults had as much fun as the kids. After that we went back to Grandma and Grandpa Streit's house for some baseball birthday fun! Austin loved his Dbacks Party. He kept pointing at things saying, "Bball, bball!" He he a quick study!
Tonight we plan on taking him out somewhere for dinner, just the three of us. We are so lucky to have him in our lives. I love this little boy more than words can describe.

What We Did This Week
I'm running out of creative titled for our weekly blogs so I decided to keep it simple this week. This was the first week we didn't have swim lessons to go to. It made it a little easier to get to art class, less of a rush. We made noisemakers, crowns and little beach/oceans scenes. The kids ended the class by playing in some containers of sand. Austin liked it, but didn't like getting the sand on him.
We are getting towards the end of art class. We will miss one week because of being up on vacation and then his last class I have training, so hopefully Grandma Barb can take him. I'm really glad we did this class he had so much fun.
Speaking of, this time next week we will be up in Show Low in a cabin. Thank goodness, I am so ready to have a change in scenery.

Happy Birthday, America!
We celebrated the 4th of July with my parents, Andy, Cassandra and the kids. We had some fire works, swimming, hot dogs, and more fire works. The "boys" really enjoyed blowing things up, even though some may not have been the most legal ever.
Well we have two more swim lessons left this summer and then we have about a week of a break. We're heading back up to the Show Low area on the 19th for about five days with the Smith family again. I'm looking forward to it. We're staying in a new cabin and it looks a lot of fun.
