Austin VS The Frog Part II

Austin's second session of swim lessons ended today which meant round two with the frog slide. We decided to on on the safe route and just go down the tongue and Mommy would hold on. He did so great with swim lessons this last time around. He even "jumps" into the pool from his bottom. I cannot believe in six short weeks he is going to be a year old!!!

Mommy's Birthday Weekend

I was so lucky to celebrate my birthday all weekend! On Saturday, Ryan and I went to a Dbacks game while Austin stayed with Grandma and Grandpa. The Dbacks won, which is always an awesome thing!! On Sunday we had the family over to my parent's for dinner and swimming. My mom made GREAT Swiss steak and Cassandra did awesome with the cupcakes. Overall it was a great weekend. I am so blessed to be surrounded by such wonderful family members.

4th of July With the Streit's

We celebrated 4th of July at my parent's house with them, Andy, Cassandra, and Calleigh. We had a good time. Went swimming in water that was warmer than bath water! We also cooked out with hot dogs and brats. This year was the first year that the boys could play with fireworks. They were outside and we mostly stayed inside because it was super warm.
